ELIGIBILITY: Disc Golf Pin "Summer of George" Pin Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and who have a registered Instagram account as of the date of entry. Employees of Disc Golf Pins (“Sponsor”), Sponsor’s parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising or promotional agencies and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents) of each such employee, and all those whom the employee are domiciled, are NOT eligible. Void where restricted or prohibited, and subject to all federal, state, provincial and local laws. Prizes will be shipped to US addresses only.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, May 15, 2017 at 12:00 pm Eastern Time (EST) and ends Monay, May 15, 2017 at 11:59 pm EST.
HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the period commencing on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 12:00 pm Eastern Time (EST) and ends Monday, May 15, 2017 at 11:59 pm EST (“Entry Period”), you may enter by: (1) Signing into your Instagram account (“Account”), visiting the Disc Golf Pins Instagram page and posting your friend’s name in the comment section under the Disc Golf Pins image which states “ Tag A Friend”; (2) If you are not already a member, becoming a member of Instagram.com and signing into your account; and posting your name or a friends name in the comment section under the Disc Golf Pins image which states “ Tag A Friend” (3) Tag a friend in the Disc Golf Pins Instagram Giveaway post and both you and your friend are entered to win (collectively, “Entry”). Normal Internet access/phone usage charges imposed by your online service/phone provider will apply. If you opt to receive Sponsor’s Instagram posts via your wireless mobile device (which may only be available via participating wireless carriers), standard text messaging rates, airtime and carrier charges will apply for each text message sent or received from your handset according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. You understand that by participation in this Sweepstakes via mobile phone or PC, if you are a potential winner, the Sponsor may contact you via Instagram message or e-mail. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor of an address to send the “prize” to. For purposes of these Official Rules (“Rules), all times and days are Eastern Standard Time and the Sponsor’s computer will be the time keeping device for the purposes of this Sweepstakes.
SWEEPSTAKES RANDOM DRAWING NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about May 15, 2017 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified on Instagram via direct message and given instructions on how to contact Sponsor through email to claim the prize. The potential prize winner must reply to the winner notification from Sponsor and include the mailing address and/or email address of the winner within forty-eight (48) hours. If the potential winner is not reachable at the address and/or email address provided and a forwarding address and/or email address is not made available or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, then the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: One (1) Summer of George Enamel Pin. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $10.00. Total ARV: $10.00. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitution allowed except that Sponsor may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes may not be sold or transferred for commercial use. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to standard internet service charges. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. The prize will be awarded provided they are validly claimed within 48 hours of notification, after which alternate winners will be selected. In the event potential alternative winners do not respond within 48 hours of notification, unclaimed prizes may or may not be awarded to other alternative winners at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
GENERAL RULES: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the identified Instagram account was registered. If the prize winner is a minor in winner’s state or province of residence, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent/legal guardian. Sponsor will send the winner an affidavit of eligibility within seven (7) days of notification before prize is awarded. If the winner fails to return the affidavit of eligibility within seven (7) days or if the winner is ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all eligible entries received. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communication caused by human error which may occur in the processing of entries in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an un-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other problems beyond the control of Sponsor and award the prize from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor and each of its employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the prize awarded. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused including computer malfunction, by participation in this Sweepstakes or by use or redemption of any prize or by any related activities. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Except as otherwise provided herein for the use of certain winner information, personal information collected from each entrant will only be used by Sponsor for the purpose of administration of the Sweepstakes.
