Manufactured By Gotta Go Gotta Throw: Introducing the return of the original Turbo Putt from Quest Applied Technologies! The Turbo Putt is a very unique disc mold that has notches all around the rim and a spiral ridge on the bottom. It is designed for overhand "turbo putting" where the thumb is placed anywhere along the spiral ridge and the fingers are fanned into the grooves along the rim of the disc for launching the disc at the basket. It has become something of a cult classic disc golf disc but is not currently PDGA approved for use in sanctioned events. It was originally approved in 2007, but had its approval rescinded the next year because it was argued that the disc did not have "radial symmetry."  It is definitely not like any other disc on the market and is sure to get attention whenever it is used in recreational play. The PDGA updated their qualifications and definitions for a "Golf Disc" because of this specific disc. Do you believe the PDGA should allow this disc back in sanctioned events?

LOCKING: Get a set of locking metal backers to keep your pins safe and secure on your bag! These click into place on the metal pin post and will not fall off or come loose. To release the backer, hold the smaller end with one hand and the larger bottom with the other and pull on the small end. This will release the backer from the pin post. YOU WILL RECEIVE BOTH - LOCKING AND METAL BUTTERFLY WHEN YOU PURCHASE LOCKING BACKERS.

Metal Butterfly: Butterfly backers are great for clothing and hats. With the metal butterfly post clutches, you'll be able to comfortably wear your Disc Golf pins on your shirt, hat, and etc.

Turbo putt lover, highly disappointed.

The plastic quality isn’t good at all. There is lots of left over flashing on the edges, I threw it 1 time into the basket ( 25ft away ), and it dinged off the basket and has a massive smoosh/dent where it hit the basket. I just think there is an overall lack of quality with the plastic they chose for this disc, and the way they were manufactured.
